Funny and Memorable Lines in Movies

Well, I watched Avengers Assemble. It was like meh. Special effects were wow and all, but, the things that I caught, be in any movies, have always been the subtle in jokes Hollywood movies love to put on screen.

Or the not so subtle. Natasha, she’s hawt, not Hawk, hawt and Thor had probably the best lines..

Thor: I care how you speak. Loki is beyond reason, but he is of Asgard. And he is my brother.

Natasha: He killed eighty people in two days.

Thor: He’s adopted.

That was hillarious! And not to forget the two scenes reserved for Hulk, and both involved the Asgards. But hey, nothing against the Asgards, but you got to love how Hulk handled both. Although admittedly, he just couldn’t help it when he punched Thor.. When he least expect it. Hehe.

Looking back at previous movies. I am pretty sure there are one quote that we can associate to the movie, or to the character.

Forrest Gump?

My momma always said, “Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you’re gonna get”

Indeed, I agree totally Mr Gump. Some fruit company that Lt Dan invested in, and you don’t have to worry about money no more. Yes, just like a box of chocolates. Although, ah well, I won’t spoil your surprise then.

Some, well, a lot of times, the best quotes are reserved for the villains.

Heath Ledger’s Joker. “Why so serious?”

I love that quote. The Joker got a point, we all can be so serious. I mean, in KL, you look at people walking past you. They always have the serious look on their face.

So come on, let’s put a smile on that face of yours.
